Refund Policy

We want the refund rule to be easy to understand before you buy: if a purchase is recent and has not been used, contact us; once paid transcription has started or minutes have been consumed, the cost has already been incurred.

1. 72-hour zero-use refund window

You may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase when no paid transcription minutes from that purchase have been used. Requests are reviewed against account usage records before approval.

2. One interview purchases

  • A One interview purchase is eligible for review within 72 hours only if none of its paid minutes have been used.
  • Once a paid full transcript has started or any paid minutes have been consumed, that purchase is no longer refundable except where required by law.
  • Unused One interview minutes remain available on your account without expiration.

3. Creator subscriptions

  • Creator subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • A newly purchased subscription may be eligible for review within 72 hours only when no included minutes from that billing period have been used.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

4. Failed jobs

Failed transcription jobs do not consume minutes. If a job fails before successful processing, the reserved minutes are not treated as used for refund eligibility.

5. How refunds are handled

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@castcraftly.com with the account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the purchase and usage status.
