Uploaded media is processed to generate the preview or full transcript you request. Anonymous preview uploads are intended for short-term processing only. Anonymous source uploads are configured for automatic deletion after 2 days, and anonymous preview records expire after 24 hours. Preview records created by signed-in free accounts remain available for 7 days.

Full transcript records and exports may remain available in your account until you delete them, request deletion, or we remove them under our retention or legal obligations.

We use cookies and similar identifiers to keep sessions working, connect anonymous uploads to their preview results, remember authentication state, and enforce abuse controls. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

We share information only as needed with categories of providers that help us run the service, such as authentication providers, payment processors, transcription service providers, cloud hosting and storage providers, email delivery providers, analytics providers, and professional advisers where necessary.
